How Bitter are we?

Not that Bitter in reality. Actually, that depends who you ask.

I’d say we’re quite quaffable actually, if we were a beverage and not just making something to improve them that is. Saline and Bitters have been a part of cocktail culture for a long time, Bitters for centuries and Saline more recently.

‘You season your food, why not season your drinks?’

That’s the trope we hear a lot in the industry, but the reality is many bars don’t make saline solution for their drinks, the ones that do forget sometimes as they’re not listed on the spec, and at home, well that’s your domain so do what you want.

We like when things are easy. Cocktails deserve to be better, and we want you to be able to improve your drinks as simply as possible...

So here’s HAUS Bitters, salt-first meaning we season your drink and make everything else taste better, and then we add flavour through one of our range. Currently that’s the flagship, Salt & Pepper, but there’s 4 more coming too!
