Frequently Asked Questions

  • There’s definitely a kick, and we always like to sample it with a drop on the back of the hand, but adding a few ‘drips’ to your cocktail will not overpower it at all. It’ll give a unique savoury warmth and elevate your cocktail.

  • They’re bottled at 46.8% so will have an indefinite shelf life, however, as with all products, we would recommend using it all within a year.

  • It depends on how spicy you want your drinks, but we comfortably get more than 50 drinks per bottle, we’re more cost effective than Tabasco for Spicy Margs.

  • It does, as with all bitters that are made in the traditional (proper) manner, we use high proof alcohol to macerate our botanicals prior to bottling.
